Quatersan from Chemifarma is a disinfectant based on quaternary ammonium salts, with bacterial and fungicidal action, specific for zootechnical use and for cleaning cages, accessories and hatcheries in general.

Quatersan is a product for the general disinfection of livestock equipment. Rub or spray perfectly clean equipment with a solution of "Quatersan" in water in the following doses: to obtain a bactericidal action, use "Quatersan" at 0.5% for a contact time of 5 minutes; to obtain a fungicidal action use "Quatersan" at 1% for a contact time of 15 minutes; in case of serious infection or when the equipment is not perfectly clean, use "Quatersan" at 1.3% for a contact time of 15 minutes.

Dosage and methods of use:

For correct use and to obtain a disinfectant action, it is advisable to previously clean and wash the equipment to be treated with Quatersan.

To obtain a bactericidal action, it is recommended to dilute Quatersan to 0.5% and spray it directly on the equipment and leave it to act (contact time) for about 5 minutes before rinsing.

If, on the other hand, you want to obtain a fungicidal action, it is recommended to dilute Quatersan at 1% for a contact time of about 15 minutes.

In case of serious infection or when the equipment is not perfectly clean, use 1.3% Quatersan for a contact time of 15 minutes.
